What is TableRunner?

TableRunner is a meal service that delivers fresh, chef-prepared meals to your door. You choose exactly which meals you want from a weekly menu developed by our professional chefs. Then we do all the hard work of prepping and cooking your meals and ship them fresh to your door in a special cooler box. TableRunner is like having a personal chef make the meals you want for the week.


About The Food


Are the ingredients organic?

Most of our ingredients come from local farms that do not have the resources or budget to pay for an annual organic certification, but still follow the same or even stricter standards of sustainable, pesticide-free, and GMO-free farming.

What if I have a food allergy?

The allergy-prone ingredients are clearly labeled on each package and on the website to help you select your meals. Please note that our meals are prepared in a kitchen containing nuts and gluten. Although best practices are used when preparing the meal, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.

Can I freeze the meals?

Our meals are best enjoyed fresh. If you have too many meals, our culinary team recommends giving one to a friend or bringing one to work for lunch!

How long can I keep my meals in the refrigerator?

Your meals stay fresh in your refrigerator for 10 days. How is that possible you ask? We use special techniques to seal each tray so that the air doesn't spoil your food. Each meal is just as fresh on the 10th day as it is on the first.

How should I heat the meals?

Our meals are designed to be heated in the oven or microwave.

What are your portion sizes?

Each meal is typically 13oz to 16oz.

We follow healthy guidelines for portion size and balancing protein, grains, and vegetables.  Each meal is enough food for a person with a healthy appetite. However, because each meal is packed by hand, the actual serving size in each tray may vary slightly. Nutritional information may exclude condiments, dressings, marinades and brines.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs just $8 for four-meal boxes and is absolutely free for six and eight-meal boxes. 

When will my meals arrive?

Your meals will arrive every Tuesday for which your delivery status is set to ACTIVE.

Does my food stay fresh during delivery?

Yes. We carefully pack the meals in a portable cooler box with multiple ice packs to keep your meals chilled throughout the entire delivery.

Do I need to be home when my meals are delivered?

No. If you are not home, Ontrac will leave your box near the door. Each box is carefully packed in a unique portable cooler box to keep your meals chilled until you return home.

What do I do with all the packaging after I receive my meals?

Help us remain environmentally responsible by disposing of the boxes and their 100% recyclable content in your home recycling bin. 

Can I put the delivery of my meals on hold?

Yes! You can skip a delivery directly from the menu page by switching the SKIP button to "no delivery for this menu" during the week for which you do not want a delivery. Additionally, you can hold a delivery at any time by navigating to the Delivery Schedule page and selecting HOLD for the appropriate week(s). Deliveries will resume on any week for which a hold has not been placed. Changes must be made before our Saturday at 11:59 PM (PST) cutoff to ensure we do not contribute to negligent food waste and can plan our use of resources accordingly.

How do I cancel my delivery?

You may cancel at any time by contacting our member service representatives via email at members@tablerunner.com. We are happy to personally work with our clients to find the best solution for your particular situation and schedule. Better together; we’re here for you.

How do I pay for the service?

We only charge your credit card when you order with us, which is on the Sunday prior to your delivery. 

How do I cancel my account?

For our member's convenience, we offer self-serve cancellation. Please go to https://www.tablerunner.com/account/subscription and scroll to the bottom. Click on the Cancel button and this will start your cancellation process.
