A true Italian comfort dish. Like lasagna, this casserole combines breaded eggplant, parmesan cheese, housemade tomato sauce, and fresh campanelli pasta.
Remove film from tray. Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove film from tray. Heat on High for 3-4 minutes.
